A few weeks ago Avery's daycare did a lesson on babies. They learned all about caring for babies, feeding them, washing them, rocking them, etc. Here is a picture Avery feeding the puppy a bottle, almost like a baby?

Target Book Festival

Here are a few photos from our trip to the Target Book Festival a few weekends ago. Avery was a little small to enjoy all of the activities but we did do some arts and crafts and played in the park.

Kevin has been teaching Avery about feelings. In the photo of the two of them in front of the lake Avery is doing his "Babies have Happy Smiles" face. Is that the fakest smile you have ever seen?

To Infinity and Beyond!!

Just got back from a long weekend in Philadelphia to see Aunt Susan, Uncle Patrick and Patrick. Aunt Susan is 32 weeks pregnant with twin girls. She is doing great, but you can see from the pictures that her belly is getting really really big. Avery had a great time playing with his big cousin Patrick. He followed Patrick all around the house imitating his every move and learning lots of new words. Avery also really likes Patrick's new au pair, Teresa, aka Aunt Teresa. We're looking forward to our visit next month and hope the babies will be here by then!

mmmm...watermelon

Okay, I am new at this, but it seems like a quick and easy way to share our family news. Here are a couple of recent picks of our little dude eating his dinner last night which consisted of watermelon and more watermelon and a little bit of banana. (And we wonder why he is so little).
